We want you to stay safe and well on our walks, therefore we have the following terms and conditions in place. All customers are designated as walkers.
Trip Slow walks operate with a minimum of 3 walkers on each walk. In addition to the guide. if the minimum numbers are not met, Trip Slow will offer a change of date or if need be refund of the walk.
No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee
Within 2 - 8 days prior, cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee, by emailing caroline@tripslow.com.au
If Trip Slow cancels your booking due to a weather event you will be offered an alternative date or refund of the fee.
Trip Slow reserves the right to cancel your walk in case of unforeseen circumstances, should this arise you will be offered an alternative date or refund.
We strongly advise that travel insurance is taken out by walkers to cover for any last minute cancellations by the walker for illness etc.
